一名雙手刺青的嫌犯戴姓男子（46歲），6/1晚間7時許，在高市二聖路行竊一輛機車後，騎贓車在新興區南台路，飛車行搶王姓女子脖子上一條K金項鍊後逃逸；6/2晚間6時許，戴嫌在鳳山區偷了另一輛機車，騎到新興區南台路，發現美籍台裔黃姓女子與朋友走在一起，又飛車搶走黃女的手提包，內有美金200元、台幣6千元、護照等證件，黃女嚇得胃痛，幸好就醫後無大礙。

警方今天上午7時許，循線逮捕戴嫌，查獲涉案的失竊機車一輛，戴嫌坦承犯下2件搶案，訊後被依搶奪、竊盜罪嫌送辦。
