制裁敘利亞　美德元首熱線交換意見

【綜合報導】美國總統歐巴馬29日致電德國總理莫克（Angela Merkel），兩人針對軍事制裁敘利亞問題交換意見。白宮發言人厄尼斯特（Josh Earnest）在例行記者會中表示，歐巴馬針對敘利亞局勢努力與世界各國領袖持續交換意見，但他拒絕透露電話討論的細節。
 
另外，他還指出，美國現今針對敘利亞使用化武所做出的回應是「慎重而有限度的」，與2003年的伊拉克戰爭不同。有必要的話，美國也會自行提供軍事制裁敘利亞所需的法理依據。
