後壁等區淹水嚴重　賴清德市長冒雨視察 記者李文生／台南報導 康芮颱風來襲帶來狂風豪雨，台南市不少地區傳出淹水情形，賴清德市長冒雨前往後壁區 新港東、平安、菁竂等地視察淹水情形。賴市長表示，造成地方淹水主要是颱風帶來超大 豪雨，超過下水道所能承載量。 賴市長到後壁區新港東、平安芳榮米廠前及菁寮等地，關心圧內道路或民宅淹水情形，並 了解抽水機的運作，台南市議會賴美惠議長、後壁區長李本源等人也到場說明地方淹水情 形。賴市長向住戶或商家表達關心之意，並請大家要注意安全。 賴市長表示，到各地巡視災情，心情非常沉重，由於下雨量超過預期，才造成台南市有不 少地區嚴重淹水，未來希望中央編列6年600億治水經費外，由市府水利局和中央合作共同 提出治水解決方案，以保障市民生命財產的安全。 http://taiwanhot.nownews.com/2013/08/29/11706-2980320.htm -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.39.30.186
