中石化買美國石油企業埃及股權

中國石油化工集團公司 (Sinopec)宣佈，其全資子公司國際石油勘探開發有限公司已與美國阿帕契石油公司簽署協議，由中石化以31億美元收購阿帕奇埃及油氣資產三分之一的股權。阿帕契公司埃及資產剩餘石油可採儲量為6.41億桶，天然氣剩餘可採儲量為3.79兆立方英尺(1137億立方公尺)。
