紅寶石械鬥 侯姓股東判11年

（中央社記者陳淑芬台中18日電）10多年前中市紅寶石大舞廳械鬥，侯姓股東下令砍殺16歲少年，逃亡10多年，去年回國自首。二審維持原判11年徒刑。

2000年5月間，台中市紅寶石大舞廳因股東糾紛爆發械鬥案。侯姓股東揮拳毆打當年僅16歲的王姓少年，遭對方出手抵擋而重心不穩跌倒在地，憤而教唆手下砍殺少年，引發兩派人馬械鬥。

事發後，侯男逃至大陸被通緝，逃亡10餘年後，去年主動回國自首，一審依殺人未遂罪判處他11年刑期，侯男不服上訴。台中高分院今天駁回上訴。全案仍可上訴。1021018
