賴士葆籲全面開放自經區　管中閔建議逐步開放

【李英婷／台北報導】上海自貿試驗區如火如荼展開，台灣自由經濟示範區也積極上路。國民黨立委賴士葆今針對自經區相關問題舉行公聽會，邀請金管會主委曾銘宗、經建會主委管中閔列席。賴在會中強調，應全面開放。曾銘說，金融業其實是「藉由自經區借殼上市」，推對金融業務全面自由化，畢竟這是國際趨勢，台灣不能自排於這股趨勢之外。但管中閔卻認為步伐不宜太快，先小規模實施，再逐步全面開放。

對此，賴士葆總結認為，可以先排除少數有爭議的產業，讓多數產業直接落實全區開放，以落實馬英九總統在國慶文告中承諾要讓台灣變成經濟自由島，讓政府拚經濟能提早交出成績。
