民團籲撤賭場條例 政院未討論

反賭博合法化聯盟今天表示，行政院版觀光賭場管理條例草案草率又黑箱，應立即撤回；行政院說，行政院未討論撤回。

前綠黨發言人潘翰聲上午率數名反賭博合法化聯盟成員，持「（行政院長）江宜樺說謊，欺瞞民眾」標語到行政院前抗議。

反賭博合法化聯盟表示，2012年馬祖博弈公民投票就是江宜樺說的「簡單多數的公投太草率」，且在中國國民黨籍立法委員主導下，以比審海峽兩岸服務貿易協議更快的速度完成初審，送交朝野協商。

行政院發言人孫立群受訪表示，博弈公投依離島建設條例舉辦，只限離島，才另有規則，與江宜樺指的全國性公投邏輯不同。

中國國民黨政策委員會執行長林鴻池受訪說，國民黨立法院黨團尊重委員會處理，不表示意見。
