日核能專家看核四嚇壞了　滿分100只給3分

民進黨立委田秋堇和一名核電廠資深退休技術員李桂林昨在《新台灣加油》爆料，日本核能專家菊地洋一曾來台看過核四廠，結果只給了3分，這3分還是同情分數，不好意思直接送「鴨蛋」。

田秋堇指出，美國奇異公司(GE)原子爐前設計師、福島第一核電廠施工總工程師的菊地洋一曾來台看過核四廠，看到重要的焊條，竟是包商在旁邊自己焊，完全沒人品管，「他嚇壞了」，驚訝地問台電人員為何沒監工？結果對方回答：「我們相信包商」，菊地洋一難以接受地說：「我們日本不相信包商，層層把關都出問題，你們相信包商？完全沒把關？」

李桂林則表示，當時菊地洋一說了一句讓他最痛心的，是形容台灣的核電廠像「普通公寓的工地」，他面上無光地說：「你知道多沒面子！」且當時台電還多方阻擋不給菊地洋一進入，只願意給他看外面的管路，「我們內行的人一看就知道那個是鬼東西」。（盧麗蓮／綜合報導）
