南韓公共服務民營率 OECD墊底

南韓公共財政研究所（KIPF）1日發布的報告顯示，南韓公共服務的「民營化」比率，在經濟合作發展組織（OECD）成員國裡排名倒數第三。

KIPF指出，南韓公共服務委託民間企業的合約金額，占國內生產毛額（GDP）的比率僅6.8%，在該智庫研究的28個OECD成員國裡，排名第26。

在先進工業化經濟體中，把公共服務委外經營很受歡迎，因為這能透過民間企業縮減成本並改善品質，提高公部門的競爭力。

KIPF說，在調查的國家裡，荷蘭排名第一，服務委外經營的合約金額占GDP比率為19.4%，芬蘭和英國分居第二、三名。
