【動新聞】15億豆渣工程　水防道路偷工減料

台南港尾溝溪疏洪道啟用19天就因豪雨崩塌，台南地檢署查出包商偷工減料，使用建築廢棄物填充堤岸水防道路路基，涉案3名施工及監工交保候傳，至於疏洪道崩塌原因仍待調查。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，檢方追查港尾溝溪疏洪道崩塌案時，發現施工的松華營造違反契約，把營建廢棄物磨碎混充碎石級配填充路基，監造公司「艾奕康」則填載取樣合格紀錄，向六河局詐領150萬元。工地主任陳智能、現場監工陳劍龍和監造工程師凌國華坦承涉案，昨依詐欺等罪裁定10萬至30萬元交保。（胡治言／綜合報導）
