官員承認IS活躍於阿富汗南部

美聯社報導，阿富汗官員12日首度證實，極端組織「伊斯蘭國」（IS）確實活躍於該國南部，不僅招兵買馬，高豎IS黑旗，甚至與神學士好戰分子交戰。

包括1名將領和1名省長的消息人士指出，1名名叫羅夫的人，正積極招募新血加入IS。

將軍卡恩說：「一些部族領袖、聖戰士指揮官、宗教教師等，均曾與我接觸，告訴我羅夫邀請他們加入他的組織。」
