(討論)房地合一課稅 擬採單一稅率17%

分離課稅,單一稅率17%應該沒太大爭議
但自住,長期持有不應減免房地合一課稅,可以給它持有期間減免房屋稅,地價稅,但房子賣了有賺錢就應課稅,這才公平!
更別提2011年前取得者適用舊制了,根本是討好部份人的假改革

我支持,只要獲利,就應課稅,沒有任何理由可以例外!
