台鐵訂票APP「台鐵e訂通」功能越來越強大，不僅可以線上信用卡付款，還首創線上報案功能。

台鐵局今(18)天宣布，台鐵行動應用軟體「台鐵e訂通」全面升級，正式開放信用卡付款功能，並在時刻表查詢新增線上查詢模式供使用者選擇，以及中英文切換設定等服務，同時還納入鐵路警察局的線上報案功能，在火車上遇到危險及可疑人物等等，就可以立即用APP線上報案，縮短通報流程提升時效。

台鐵局表示，自去(2014)年6月30日提供行動應用軟體「台鐵e訂通」1.0版的線上服務，期間接到民眾多項建議，經過研議及加以改善，將於今天上午11時起，推出全面升級的「台鐵e訂通」2.0版供下載使用，期望更精進旅客服務品質。
