台大教授彭文正兼差違規？教育部將討論

台大教授彭文正最近請辭其主持多時的政論節目，但仍餘波盪漾。過年前彭文正主持節目一事遭人檢舉，認為他違規兼差，但台大表示，對於主持節目算不算兼差，於法規定不明確，已經行文請示教育部和銓敘部。

台大主秘林達德表示，按照規定，教授若到校外兼課需向人事室報備，若未報備而兼職即違反台大規定，可送交教評會審議，而台大確實一直沒接獲彭文正的報備。

然而，林達德說，現行「公務員服務法」、「公立各級學校專任教師兼職處理原則」對公立學校教師在「廣電節目」兼職規定並不明確，究竟這樣算不算兼職，時數又如何規範，還有待教育部跟銓敘部協助釐清，因此已經發文請示。

教育部則表示，將在收到台大和銓敘部回覆後開會討論，希望能訂出通案標準。
