敘利亞衝突 美不放棄政治解決

美國特使艾倫昨晚告訴土耳其官員，美國仍希望透過協商就敘利亞危機達成政治解決，但談判不包括敘利亞總統阿塞德在內，且美方對阿塞德的立場並未改變。

負責建立對抗伊斯蘭國（IS）聯盟的特使艾倫（John Allen）在安卡拉舉行會談後，美國駐安卡拉使館發表聲明指出，「艾倫將軍重申，美國對阿塞德（Bashar al-Assad）的立場並未改變」。

聲明說：「美國認為阿塞德已經失去治理國家的一切正當性，阿塞德統治下的敘利亞導致IS和其他恐怖組織崛起，美方在最終不納入阿塞德的情況下，持續就敘利亞衝突尋求政治解決之道。」

聲明並說，艾倫昨晚與土耳其外交部次長斯尼爾利奧盧（Feridun Sinirlioglu）舉行「建設性會談」，並歡迎土耳其對訓練敘利亞反抗軍老兵成員的支持。
