標題[開水] 無法進入"免費元寶"offer list

要請各位大大幫忙， 好像從這個月月初開始就出現這樣的問題: 使用"繁體中文"進入開水，點"免費元寶"，不會出現offer清單，反而出現這樣的訊息: Sorry, but we're having trouble processing your payment. You have not been charged for this transaction. Please try again. google過，有人說去改帳號安全設定，改成不要用安全瀏覽，也試過了，但是還是無效。 有次嘗試用"English"進入，點"Earn Credit"，有出現任務清單，也可以完成任務， 我看offer status也出現了completed，可是卻沒有入帳。 曾經寄信問trialpay，他們說那邊的狀態是已經完成入帳了，要我等等， 但是已經過了好久，到現在都月底了還是沒收到... 我之前都是用"繁體中文"的開水賺元寶，也一直都很正常，現在這樣不知道該怎麼辦... 請問有沒有人知道是什麼問題? 該如何解決? 謝謝!!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 207.151.244.49 ※ 編輯: Hotie 來自: 207.151.244.49 (06/29 02:05)
