第7號颱風白海豚形成　紅霞海警明早發布

原本位於關島附近的熱帶低氣壓，今晚8時增強為今年第7號颱風「白海豚（Dolphin，香港命名）」，中央氣象局表示，白海豚距離台灣遙遠，超過4000公里，對台影響還要再觀察，而中颱紅霞若移動路徑與速度無太大變化，預計明天早上8時30分發布海上警報，發布陸上警報機會偏低。

氣象專家吳德榮則認為，白海豚距離台灣遙遠又走得慢，將會發展成範圍大而強的颱風，同時間接影響到大氣環流，使得下一周皆無明顯的鋒面，無法為台灣帶來大範圍降雨，只有在下午還有一些局部對流發展的機率，對水資源的貢獻就比較有限，提醒政府該注意。（許敏溶╱台北報導）
