外交部否認未參與遭扣押漁船調查

屏東籍漁船「昇豐12號」本月7日在菲律賓領海範圍內，被菲方人員登檢扣押，外交部今天上午表示，台灣駐菲律賓代表處人員會持續聯繫、協調；若未來菲方提出處分，會要求他們拿出證據。

對於有傳聞指出關於昇豐12號的調查似乎都是由菲方人員進行，外交部政務次長高振群今天否認，他說台灣駐菲律賓代表人員都有持續聯繫、協調。高振群說，菲方說昇豐12號有前科，現在還沒提出處分，若未來將該項列入處分，「我們會要求他們拿出證據來」。
