新北市能仁家商爆發詐領特教班補助款案件，檢調獲報後於20日上午指揮新北市調處搜索該校，約談羅姓前校長、龐姓前特教組長等共17人到案，台北地檢署漏夜複訊後，依詐欺罪諭令兩人分別以10萬元、5萬元交保。

檢調調查後發現，能仁家商涉嫌向合作廠商索取不實發票，浮報特教班開班數詐領特教班補助款，從2009年到2011年間至少達數百萬元。

檢調查出，羅姓前校長則均在這些相關文件上核章，因此以嫌疑人身分約談其與龐姓前特教組長，現任校長與相關學校行政人員等10餘人則以證人身分應訊。

而經台北地檢署漏夜複訊後，今(21)日凌晨依詐欺罪諭令羅姓前校長與龐姓前特教組長分別以10萬元、5萬元交保。
