九合一選舉 11月9日編造選舉人名冊

內政部戶政司、地方戶政事務所在今年九合一選舉，將透過跨區的新戶役政系統，列印出全國約1700多多萬的選舉人名冊。由於今年元月一日起，內政部實施新的戶役政系統，發生多起大規模當機，產生歷年來最多爭議，因此，選舉人名冊的編造，面臨極大挑戰。

內政部戶政司長張琬宜昨晚表示，新戶役政系統在6、7月做過2次測試，測試地點選在台北市、高雄市、新竹縣、彰化縣、屏東縣。她說，兩次測試的確都還存有一些問題，但距離11月1日以前，戶政司還會再進行4次全國性測試，將測試到完全沒有問題為止。

張琬宜說，在2次測試後，戶政司已重新設定參數，針對戶政資料庫進行檢核、校正，並擬於9月起，再進行4次全國性的測試，務必要在11月9日編造選舉人名冊完成前，做到零缺點，她有信心達成任務。
