提到 SSD，大家對 Plextor 比較有印象，不過現在他們使用「LiteON」這個品牌推出了一款相當入門的 SSD。過去 LiteON 比較集中在 OEM 市場，而 Plextor 則在消費市場中建立自己的品牌。現在反轉過來，LiteON 將會在消費市場中推出一款 SSD，不過與 Plextor 不同，這款產品不用 Marvell 控制器，而是使用 Silicon Motion 的控制器。 LiteON Zeta 系列 SSD 使用 Silicon Motion 的 SM2246EN 控制器，控制器部分的官方數據最高讀取速度可以達到 528MB/s，而寫入部分則是 450MB/s；在隨機讀取部分最高為 67,000 IOPS，至於隨機寫入則是 65,000 IOPS。在 NAND Flash 搭配部分，LiteOn 使用的是 SK Hynix 的 16nm MLC 產品。 http://www.xfastest.com/thread-148039-1-1.html 買過S100路過 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 60.250.89.205 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/PC_Shopping/M.1418789367.A.F53.html
