車臣禁止歐巴馬來訪

俄羅斯聯邦車臣自治共和國26日宣布禁止來訪名單，包括：美國總統歐巴馬、歐盟執委會主席巴洛索、歐盟理事會主席范宏畢、歐盟外交政策負責人凱瑟琳‧艾希頓。總統卡迪洛夫說，這是為了抗議美國和歐盟對烏克蘭、利比亞、敘利亞、伊拉克和阿富汗的「國家恐怖主義行為。」
