上班時要擦什麼防曬乳一直是我的困擾啊啊啊啊啊~ 我是長時間坐辦公室的內勤人員，上班都是全空調的環境， 面對的是NB螢幕，頭上頂著日光燈的萬丈光芒。 大家都說坐辦公室曬日光燈也要防曬， 我的臉和脖子都有擦防曬，目前是用RMK(spf43、50)擦臉、VICHY(spf40)擦脖子， 臉和脖子倒是還好，因為本來就有上妝的習慣，防曬乳已經是習慣步驟，也有慣用品牌。 身體的部分我就很困擾了! 我曾經使用過： (A)蜜妮白蓋藍身spf48 (B)雪芙蘭黃頭藍身-戶外運動spf30 (C)防曬專科日常型spf27 (D)香蕉船滋潤系列spf50 上述的防曬我都不會不喜歡，擦了也不會過敏，更沒有不好卸的問題。 除了近期有很多人反映(D)防曬傷不防曬黑(是真的!我黑了T^T)，因此不會再買... (BTW，我老公用了香蕉船運動防曬去打完一場棒球賽回來後不但曬黑也曬傷...這...)
