強者我朋友，彰化傳產超過十年，須加班才破三萬， 國定假日見紅也不一定會放，由老闆決定是否連休， 上次清明連假，他們也不能連休， 雙周上班84小時，沒有周休二日， 加班費固定 100/h， 接下來這星期的5/1勞動節，老闆也不放人。 地點就在彰化大村。 以上全部都是事實，如果有任何問題，歡迎來戰！！ P.S. 剛剛強者朋友還要追加年薪部份，為了達成他的心願， 在此補上這些資訊：每月3萬*13個月，所以年薪不足40萬。 ※ 引述《PTT88 (天然呆)》之銘言： : 剛聽到公司去年年終才發3600.... 這樣算一算做滿一年，三節加獎金含只能領到快50萬 : 而已，想請問彰化這邊 一天8h 月休4or5天的以及拿到的三節加年終普遍是約多少年薪 : ？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 123.193.34.73 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ChangHua/M.1430106766.A.10E.html
