標題[問題] 主動要求先phone interview會不會失禮？

最近有收到一間公司的面試邀約第一次邀約時沒有理它後來又來了第二次邀約因為我是部分開放履歷所以人資也不能直間聯絡我只能間接透過email (像部分開放履歷的如果邀約不理它會不會不禮貌？之前很多都沒理它…還是至少回覆要或不要) 這個職務跟自身經驗算有點相關但他要求的其他條件總共四項我只符合一項對這間公司是有點好奇 (但它並未完全符合我理想公司的條件) 如果是不遠的公司應該就會去看看但是是有點距離的公司若答應面試後的交通費甚至是住宿費加一加成本有點大想到了好像可以先用phone interview看看不過這樣公司會不會覺得你意願不高才會要求用phone interview？或是這也是個測試公司到底是不是真的想找你的方法？有人這樣要求過嗎？或這其實很普遍？ (之前phone interview過的經驗都是公司主動要求的…還沒自己主動要求過) 謝謝!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 27.241.72.35 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1431018797.A.F73.html ※ 編輯: breakingdown (27.241.72.35), 05/08/2015 01:17:19 ※ 編輯: breakingdown (27.241.72.35), 05/08/2015 01:20:20
