好玩家證券簡稱「*玩家」，面額新台幣5元，是首家面額非10元的本國企業，已於103年11月25日送件，預計12月8日登錄興櫃市場交易。

金融監督管理委員會為使資本市場與國際接軌，自101年起開放外國企業得採無面額或面額非新台幣10元的方式發行股票，更進一步於102年12月底開放本國企業得採面額非新台幣10元，惟依公司法規定，面額仍須歸為一律。

為利投資人易於辨識，對於面額非採新台幣10元證券簡稱將加註「*」，目前外國（第一）上櫃公司已有「F*AS」及「F*太景」等2家掛牌，「*玩家」將成為第一家本國面額非新台幣10元興櫃公司。

櫃買中心表示，由於簡稱標示「*」的股票面額非新台幣10元與大部分股票不同，故其每股盈餘、每股淨值、股數等資訊與其他公司並不具比較性，投資人需注意評價方式，以評估投資價值(如市值、股價淨值比等)，作投資決策時更應仔細閱讀及使用相關財務資訊。(中央社)
