【唐鎮宇／台北報導】遭通緝多年的竹聯幫大老「白狼」張安樂預計明從上海搭機返台，他今晚舉行記者會以及ＣＡＬＬ　ＩＮ到《2100全民開講》，談到他為何要回台灣的理由。張安樂說，台灣不管藍、綠，都無法為台灣找出永久幸福的大道。台灣和平的路就是「和平統一、一國兩制」，國民黨榮譽主席連戰所說的「求同存異」也就是一國兩制的意思。

張安樂說，他寫了一個小冊宣揚他的和平統一、一國兩制理念，今下飛機、上手銬前，他會把這小冊亮出來，台灣媒體對一國兩制不感興趣，但對他的背景感興趣，他希望透過這個方式讓台灣瞭解，還有第二、第三條路可以走，「關，總有出來的時候，出來後就能繼續宣揚我的理念！」
