台飛安創20年最佳　旅客盼提升服務品質

據民航局最新的飛機全毀失事率統計，國內客機創下國內民航業20年來最佳飛安紀錄。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，民航局日前完成的全球與我國飛機全毀失事率最新統計，國內客機過去10年的平均失事率，每百萬飛行時數為0.17次，優於全球10年平均失事率的0.32次，創20年來最佳飛安紀錄。華航表示，公司將飛安列為無可妥協的最高原則，日前除獲得國際航空運輸協會作業安全查核認證外，也獲得澳洲AirlineRatings國際評比的安全最高評價7顆星。長榮航空則表示，公司一直將飛安當成第一要務，長榮今年得到全球10大安全航空公司的第5名。

但民眾認為，飛安紀錄好之外，航空公司服務品質也要提升，國內線航班常延誤很令人生氣。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
