河智苑配嫩弟必登收視女王

35歲的河智苑堪稱「變色龍」，她以鬼片《鬼鈴》打響名號，之後拍過各類不同角色如純情女、拜金女、拳擊女、藝妓、運動選手等，皆深植人心；但唯一不變的是，她只要搭配「弟弟」必登基收視女王。

河智苑10年前和小３歲的趙寅成在《峇里島的日子》中配對，在韓創40.4％高收視率；８年前在《黃真伊》中和小９歲張根碩大談初戀，收視率達29.3％；2010年《祕密花園》裡和小４歲的玄彬的虐戀劇情，收視衝至35.2％，還鬧出緋聞；這次和小９歲的池昌旭合作《奇皇后》創下29.2％佳績。

她亦有「童顏美女」之稱，不怕跟嫩弟合作顯老態，她曾透露凍齡秘訣：「我一年四季都用冷水洗澡，從小時候開始的習慣，即使零下20度也一樣。」並表示早、中、晚一天３次，不忘吃水果與堅果類。
