幫胖宅朋友代PO 各為前輩大家好: 胖宅為學士四中畢業,目前就讀113光電碩班 目前有兩間研替OFFER想請板上前輩或同學給點意見 公司 晶電 肉鬆 公司性質 LED 代工廠 地點 南科 桃園龜山 職務 磊晶工程師 SoC光機工程師 內容 管MOCVD機台與研發 GOOGLE GLASS相關專利研發 薪水 50K(含午餐+機台津貼)*14 44.5K*16~18 工時 8:00 ~ 18:00(需on call) 8:30 ~ 17:30 住所 皆租屋 想請問這兩職務未來展性、所學得技能與專長多寡、與日後轉職的難易度?? 晶電磊晶工程師on call方面事我顧慮的,此外在人力銀行上此職缺所需人數 15~20人,不知是否為不好職務呢? 而肉鬆這部門蠻新的，工作內容蠻新穎的但是穩定性方面可能不如晶電。 未來轉職方面，一開始進入代工廠是不是以後只能從事系統廠呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 203.163.194.35 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1420986941.A.E8D.html
