【徐微欣／新北報導】樹林收費站周邊包括柑園地區、北大特區人口約8萬人，但當地缺乏交流道，柑園地區民眾往南要繞到三鶯交流道，往北也須開車至土城交流道，尖峰時段易塞車，來往也相當不便，新北市府配合高速公路電子收費系統上路，增設樹林交流道，匝道將設在佳園路三段附近，預計明年完工。

交通建設一向是帶動房價的主要利多，目前捷運三鶯線為北大特區主要交通建設，但在2014年才動工的情況下，民眾期待度低，房價多持平漲幅不大。當地房仲表示，隨著樹林交流道即將動工，且交流道施工期快，利多可於短期內實現，對當地房價會有幫助。
