新北市政府持續推出「住宅租金補貼」政策，符合申請規定的合格戶，每月可獲得4,000元的租金補貼。城鄉發展局長邱敬斌表示，103年度「住宅租金補貼」新北市申請戶數共1萬6千多戶，符合申請規定的合格戶超過1萬3千多戶，其中可獲補貼戶數為5740戶。

邱敬斌指出，103年住宅補貼申請戶數達16,402戶，其中可獲補貼戶數為5740戶，目前依據「評點分數」規定排序，符合「評點分數」達 55分以上的戶數計有5,322戶，不足418戶將於「評點分數」54分的767戶中公開抽出。

邱敬斌強調，1月12日下午3時將在市府大樓307會議室辦理公開電腦抽籤作業，除全程錄影，並將請政風單位到場監證，同時也歡迎民眾見證抽籤程序。且在公開抽籤後的結果，將會同步公告於新北市政府城鄉發展局網站(網址http://www.planning.ntpc.gov.tw)。
