烏克蘭東部持續衝突　今將重啟和談

白俄羅斯政府宣佈，烏克蘭、俄羅斯與歐安組織等三方將於30日在首都明斯克舉行新一輪停火談判。烏克蘭總統波羅申科29日呼籲與東部反抗軍進行緊急停火談判，以結束流血衝突，並從前線撤走重型武器。 　　

近日，烏克蘭東部再次爆發大規模衝突，局勢急劇惡化。24日上午，烏克蘭東部頓涅茨克州沿海城市馬里烏波爾一居民區遭到炮擊，死亡人數達30人，另有93人受傷，其中約40人傷勢嚴重。當地時間27日晚間，烏克蘭盧甘斯克地區遭遇炮擊，致16人受傷。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
