華航前年虧錢 董監事爽多領30萬

（中央社記者田裕斌台北30日電）華航近日才因今年年終獎金縮水遭到員工抗議，但這些員工不知道，2013年稅後淨損新台幣12.74億元的華航，每位董監事實際支領酬勞多了30.6萬元。

台灣證券交易所今天公布上市公司2013年董監酬勞實際支領情形，還特別揪出公司稅後淨損增加，但董監事酬勞卻增加的上市公司名單。

其中，單就董監事酬勞來看，華航2012年賺錢，每位董監事酬勞73.9萬元，2013年虧損，卻領了104.5萬元，經營狀況轉差，領的錢卻變多，與今年轉虧為盈，員工年終獎金卻縮水形成強烈對比。

但虧損公司董監酬勞增加最多的並不是華航。汽車零組件廠瑞利2013年同樣轉盈為虧，董監事共領走2251萬元酬金，平均每位董監事薪水暴增138.79萬元，說是肥貓也不為過。

若加計兼任員工酬金，2013年大虧205億元的宏碁，每位董監事平均薪資高達930.7萬元，平均每人增加393.7萬元。
