美牛雜進口 17日公告稅則號列

經濟部研擬開放6項美國牛雜碎進口台灣，經濟部長鄧振中今晚表示，明天17日將公告海關稅則號列，並有30天的時間讓社會各界可以表達意見。蒐集各方建議並修正後，再正式公告。

台灣研擬准許骨髓、血管、頭骨肉、面頰肉、食道肌，以及牛脂6項牛雜碎進口。

鄧振中今日晚間受訪時指出，將在明天刊登稅則號列，原本依照行政程序法有7天的預告期，但因為碰到過年，因此預告期拉長到30天，讓社會各界可以反映意見，屆時會在蒐集各方建議後公告。

媒體詢問，若有人表達反對意見該如何處理？鄧振中說，會看多數意見。

至於是否在預告期30天後就馬上開放進口？鄧振中說，並不是在預告期一過就自動生效，還要看各界的意見，經過討論後修正，再公告。
