原本是待在台灣本土藥廠一年多的業務經驗 主要是負責診所端的藥品銷售 對於未來沒有明確定目標 目前底薪40萬/年 去年整年獎金約30萬 只希望30歲後能年薪百萬 且每天能有空閒的時間去運動一下 公司 骨材代理商(和X生技) 醫美儀器代理商(膠X科技) 產品 美敦力的人工脊椎 醫美儀器，雷射、脈衝光等 、椎間盤、骨水泥 (醫美第二大廠商) 業務範圍 桃竹苗的醫院 台北市為主，責任區未定 重點客戶在新竹兩間醫院 大多是機車能搞定 公司同意出錢幫我 在主要醫院附近租個套房 薪資 45k 半年後 60k 試用期三個月 26k 然後之後業績滿再調成75k 試用期過後30k~33k 油資停車費 都在這裡面 業務費用實報實銷 免單據 這是投保的底薪 獎金方式 業績達到100w-> 0.25% 銷售金額的1% 每季結算 120w~200w-> 0.5% 年度達成獎金 250w-> 1% 業績 1500w-->6w 300W-> 1.5% 3000w-->30w 全部一起抽成，非分段抽成 4000w-->60w 目前現有base約 50W 業務支出 自備車輛，維修自負 很偶爾開公司車 油資停車費請醫生喝飲料 平常騎機車油資打九折 自行吸收 希望各位前輩給些意見 我是台北人 骨材公司也很有誠意幫忙租套房 所以住宿方面的成本是可以忽略的 感覺醫美也不錯 但是沒做過一次性消費的業務有點怕怕的 也怕醫美診所很飽和器材賣不太出去... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 180.204.69.69
