唉~太晚看到這篇了 當初看網頁介紹(如下)也是覺得好像很超值就買了 http://www.panhot.com/?product-814.html 但實際收到商品實體後， "個人"覺得做得蠻粗糙的， 因為有用過朋友他牌的洗臉機， 覺得刷頭差蠻多的， 所以連用都沒用就想退貨了..... 他們網頁上有 "4.商品不滿意三十天內無條件退貨退款（因個人衛生問題.使用過產品不在此範圍）" 的敘述 除了email外沒有其他任何聯絡資訊， 因此只好寫mail給他說我要退貨，並請對方告知退款流程~ (母公司應該是在大陸，透過台灣個人/公司出貨，但只有一個email，沒電話可聯絡) 如果沒辦法順利退到款，等於是廣告不實，我會訴諸法律詢問消保官~ 有任何後續我會再立刻po上來~ 上網Google過，發現不只我有這樣的退貨問題， 因此po這篇是希望也有其他同樣疑慮的消費者可以參考~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 218.35.135.29 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/BeautySalon/M.1402159100.A.5A8.html
