上半年有93棟高層建築

信義房屋表示，台灣有容積率管制等措施，不容易出現像香港高樓層大樓林立的狀況，不過在都會區人口密集與追求最大開發效益的狀況下，高樓層建築已經是建築趨勢。

根據內政部的統計資料顯示，今年上半年核發的建築使用執照數量，就有93棟屬於21樓以上的高樓層建築，以上半年核發的數量推估，今年21樓以上建築核發使照數量有可能續創新高，而21樓以上建築主要集中都會區中，包括新北、桃園、新竹、台中與高雄等地區，都是高樓層建築的熱門區段。
