八八風災重建條例 29日走入歷史

行政院已公告，莫拉克颱風災後重建特別條例，將在8月29日施行期滿並予廢止。莫拉克颱風災後重建推動委員會執行長陳振川今晚表示，後續配套及重建，均將回歸正常業務，地方歸地方，中央則回歸原民會、內政部、交通部等部會。他說，長達5年的重建，執行率已高達95%以上。

陳振川表示，莫拉克颱風災後重建特別預算共1165億元，還要加上移緩濟急的經費220億元，約1385億元。另外，還要加上NGO團體所募善款250億元，一次風災所投入的重建經費甚為龐大。原本重建年限為3年，後來又延長2年，至8月29日止，確定廢止此一重建條例，也結束重建委員會業務。
