美要求綠延續一中？綠：國民黨放話

民進黨主席蔡英文正在規畫今年訪美行程。有媒體報導，美國日前曾派密使來台瞭解並傳話，要求綠營在兩岸政策上要延續「一個中國」政策。民進黨秘書長吳釗燮今天則嚴正否認，他受訪時表示，美方高層來台都是討論經貿財經政策，並未提到兩岸議題，也沒有所謂「密使」。

吳釗燮指出，從1999年的台灣前途決議文，到現在的對中政策檢討紀要，民進黨兩岸政策非常完整，若質疑民進黨兩岸政策「未明」，或要求民進黨承認一中或九二共識，就是落入國民黨的放話陷阱。

民進黨發言人鄭運鵬也發出新聞稿表示，相關內容荒誕不經，違背實事與常理，這種對內挑起對立，對外破壞台灣與國際社會互信的做法，更是極為不當。
