8月大嬰患巨結腸　肚大如南瓜

中國湖北省宜昌市一名8個月大嬰兒，肚子竟脹成南瓜大小，經檢查後發現是罹患巨結腸。昨天（28日），嬰兒在醫院接受手術，其腹內發育不良的腸管成功被切除。
 
《中新網》昨天報導，負責為嬰兒治療的是宜昌市第一人民醫院小兒外科醫生杜志勇。他表示小兒先天性巨結腸是由於結腸的一段神經沒有發育，導致腸管不能蠕動，患者因此無法順利排便。糞便堆積在腸管裡，就會導致腹脹，嚴重時甚至有生命危險。（黃炎坤／綜合外電報導）
