德檢調：墜機副機師隱匿精神病情

德國杜塞道夫的州檢察官指出，檢調單位在墜毀的日耳曼之翼航機副機師魯比茲在杜塞道夫的住處發現醫生簽章的墜機當日魯比茲因病可請假的證明。

檢察官今天表示，昨晚檢調單位在魯比茲的住處搜查數小時，發現被撕毀的醫師證明，其中有1張的日期就是出事當天。

檢察官今天中午發布的聲明指出，檢調人員掌握的證據顯示魯比茲有病而且正接受治療。不過，搜查時並沒有發現遺書或是有關墜機咎責的資訊。

此外，這些證據也證明了早先檢調關於魯比茲可能對航空公司及他的同事隱匿病情的臆測。

德航對於檢察官的聲明暫時沒有評論。
