5電信客服接聽慢？　《蘋果》實測全超標

電信業者客服電話不易接通？國家通訊傳播委員會訂出電信業者語音轉接客服不應逾35秒，《蘋果》實測發現，中午時段5大業者全超標。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，有多位民眾向《蘋果》投訴，指要與電信業者聯繫，卻不易接通客服，民眾劉先生表示，他曾因收訊不佳向亞太客服反映，結果為了等專人接聽等了22分鐘，服務品質差到令人生氣。

《蘋果》實測中華電、台灣大、遠傳、台灣之星和亞太電信等5大電信業者的客服接聽速度，僅台灣大和中華電曾在晚間時段少於35秒，其餘3業者均未達要求，整體以台灣之星等最久，中午時段需3分22秒。（胡治言／綜合報導）
