基市衛生局下架400餘公斤　台灣第一家椒鹽粉

黑心椒鹽粉風暴！「台灣第一家」打響鹽酥雞名號的「台灣第一家有限公司」，日前傳出涉將工業用碳酸鎂摻入製作胡椒鹽等產品，有16項違規產品，基隆市衛生局，今天派員至基隆市下游稽查12店家，總計下架回收418.1公斤，基隆衛生局指出其中6家已下架回收同時辦理退貨，2家曾購買現場無存貨，1家未販售案內違規產品，另3家已用完未販售。
 
基隆市衛生局吳澤誠局長呼籲，餐飲業者若有使用案內違規產品應立即停止使用；販售商若有販賣案內違規產品，應於4月30日12時前，完成下架作業，並向衛生局通報，依據食品安全衛生管理法第7條，違者最重恐處300萬罰鍰，情節重大勒令停業。（陳偉周／基隆報導）
