標題[問題] 莫名的離職!?

第一次碰到這狀況，還不知道該怎辦 直接進重點… 原公司做了1年半 3/2(一) 開始請產假，產假時間到昨天 4/26(日) 產假中其它間面試錄取，報到日為5/4(一) 4/17(五) email原公司提離職， 預計產假到4/26(日)，4/27(一)起開始放剩下的特休到本週結束5/1(五) 然後下週如期5/4(一)至新公司報到 今日電話去原公司，結果原公司告知，未於1個月前提職(公司章程!?) 所以上班日只到4/27(一)，就這樣…超錯愕… 勞基法1年~3年，應20日前提離 我這的問題在太晚提離職吧!? 但公司可以這樣都不通知直接設定上班日到4/27(一)嗎? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 175.184.246.138 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1430106663.A.F44.html
