【周昭平／高雄報導】一名七旬老翁上周端午節吃了兩顆粽子，隔天下午出現腹脹、腹絞痛等症狀，就醫發現腸道內有兩朵形狀完好的香菇，醫師詢問才知是兩天前端午節吃了粽子，裡頭有包香菇，因下排牙齒缺損，假牙還未裝上，香菇無法咀嚼直接吞下，才卡在腸道，所幸患者先後將兩朵香菇順利排出，且整朵香菇完好沒有缺損，醫護都嘖嘖稱奇。

高醫牙科部主治醫師杜哲光指出，年紀大民眾多少會有牙齒缺損，尤其後牙缺損導致咀嚼功能喪失，對進食、吞嚥影響更大。他提醒缺牙患者應就醫矯正，進食也應以半流質食物為主，可以果汁機打成汁，或是切成細塊再食用。
