Hershey聯合制價罰380萬美元

美國糖果公司Hershey被控與Mars、雀巢、Cadbury等同業分享定價資訊，同謀聯合制價，包括Hershey本身2002到2008 年在加拿大出售的Kit Kat、Coffee Crisp、Aero、Twix、Snickers、Bounty及M&M等人氣產品。加拿大當局展開反托辣斯調查，本月稍早起訴Hershey、雀巢、Mars及一批大批發商。加拿大政府消息人士透露，Hershey後來向「安大略上級法院」認罪，因此獲得從輕發落，只罰四百萬加幣(380萬美元，即台幣1億1400萬元)。Mars、雀巢則表示將「強力抗辯」。
