一輛長途巴士在從白俄羅斯首都明斯克開往烏克蘭首都基輔的路上，忽然遇到一隻麋鹿衝上公路，麋鹿一頭撞碎了汽車的擋風玻璃，穿進車裡。事後警方發現，汽車的里程表正好停止在了666.6這個數字上，而666在西方被認為象徵著魔鬼撒旦。

根據環球網報導，事發後，警察和消防隊員努力把死去的麋鹿從巴士裡拖出來，幾名乘客則在路邊進行祈禱。『他們覺得那鹿被詛咒了，其實牠不過是喝醉了而已。』一名警官說。現在這個時節，該地區的麋鹿喜歡找腐爛發酵的水果吃，吃多了就可能引發這樣的事故。

巴士司機艾薩克‧弗羅諾夫說：『那隻麋鹿從路邊的樹林裡直衝出來，我根本來不及躲開牠。我也注意到了里程表上的數字666，不過我不是個迷信的人。但乘客中有些人一聽說這事就開始劃十字了，還在路邊豎起了十字架進行祈禱。』此後，另一輛巴士從明斯克開來，送緊張的乘客們重新上路。
