南韓整形十分盛行，走在街上幾乎每個女孩看起來都一樣，實在很難分辨。就有間南韓夜店以萬聖節為噱頭，要求進場客人Cosplay，但被眼尖網友發現，照片裡的女孩怎麼都長得都一模一樣呢？簡直就像是「8胞胎」

雖然這幾位辣妹都裝扮成不同樣子，有白雪公主、中國風、學生妹、女僕，但她們全都擁有水汪汪的眼睛、高挺鼻子、嘟嘟的嘴唇，甚至連臉型都不約而同是張細長瓜子臉。

有網友看了回應：「同一間診所整出來的」、「明明差不多，我以為是同一個臉部模型下去做的假人咧」、「複製人兵團」、「同家診所8個學生有打折」。
