勞動部去年10月14日推動的「明師高徒」計畫，傳出有徒弟拜無師傅的窘境。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，勞動部推動的「明師高徒」計畫，因「明師」資格限制太多，加上徒弟訓練津貼三個月才發一次，導致實際「速配」率不到三成、更有七成徒弟找不到師傅。
